Termacious Trickocity Boards the Covenant Bridge Used in Halo 3 Cutscenes The folks at Termacious Trickocity have done it again! This time, using a couple of skulls and four players, they spawn inside the bridge room used in a few Halo 3 cutscenes! Looks like a crazy setup, but not 'too difficult' if you have four willing players! (Thanks to The SuperWaffle for the heads up!) (MacGyver10 21:50:19 UTC) (permalink)
Halo5/MCC Bundles Coming with New Xbox One S in Late August The 2TB Xbox One S comes out soon, but the 1TB and 500Gb options release later in August. When that does happen, it looks like you can pick up either the 1TB Xbox One S bundle or 500Gb Xbox One S bundle that includes a Halo 5 disc and Master Chief Collection download! The Puma Is Getting Hot Wheels As a fan of How Wheel from an early age, I'm loving the new reveal from San Diego Comic-Con of the Halo Warthog! Looks like it will be coming out sometime next year! (MacGyver10 17:35:39 UTC) (permalink)
Fan Makes Music Inspired by the Halo Games usadog sent us a track he composed called 'Flaming Bird (Halo Style)'. While it doesn't take from the games we love, being one of the first 'batte games' he could play, usadog took inspiration from Halo for his composition and after a slow start, it definitely shows! Random Halo Quotes Shared via Twitter and Our Halo Dialogue Database We have a lot of useful stuff around this website, but sometimes it might take a little work to find. If you haven't perused our Dialogue Database in a while, you might be interested to follow VirtualCouch's new hotness. He constructed a tweetbot to throw out a random Halo quote via @TweetsofHalo on Twitter. You get such great gems as 'Are we gonna have some kind of problem, Creepy?' and 'What are ya, a bunch of school girls?' in a tweet! (MacGyver10 15:19:37 UTC) (permalink)
Halo Music Video Focuses on the Beauty and Serenity of the Games The Vengeful 'Vadam shared a different kind of music video in our forum recently. It's low with the action (nonexistent, actually), but instead focuses on the beauty and scenery of the Halo games. It's really a relaxing look back through all the Halo games 1-5! Monday's news in brief:
We are not Bungie Studios. Or 343 Industries. Or Ensemble. Or Certain Affinity. Or Creative Assembly. Actually, who are we anyway? |
Sunday's news in brief:
We love video game development so much, we've decided to "go dark" ourselves today. |
