Where are you guys finding 102mm MAC round at?
I never said 102mm anywhere! The only thing I know of that is 102mm is the Rocket Launcher's warhead!
The Longsword didn't fire into the MAC barrels. It fired into the wounds the MAC made in the Covenant Battle Cruiser.
NO HUMAN SHIPS WERE DESTROYED BY MAC ROUNDS!
The Hellfire took fire and her reactor overloaded.

Yeah, before you call a MAC round 102mm, think. Pelicans fire 70mm ammunition, and those bullets are small enough to fit in a portable autocannon. Do the math.

You (Author) just really need tp read over the books to see what kind of damage the different types of weapons really cause. And check up on their size and how they are refered to.
Because I'll be smacked if a 102mm MAC round exists.

Well, it said in FoR that the PoA was one of the smallest ships in the Human fleet, and it's about two miles long, so you can assume they're pretty big...
As for the missile thing, MAC's aren't like regular cannons. You don't just open up a slot, shove in a projectile, and pull a little string to fire it. Firing a missile into a MAC barrel would hit the Magnetic Accelerator Coils, which in turn would make a fairly large explosion, but not big enough to take out a ship. The missiles wouldn't just fly through the barrels and into the ship. And Human ships can't take three MAC rounds. I mean, three MAC rounds take out a Covenant ship. Now unless this is a super ship, three MAC hits wouldn't take it out. It's highly doubtful it would survive long enough to take the two missiles from the fighters. Whew, my mouth is numb.

i have a small problem with a ship blowing up after a couple of fighter shots, but all in all it was good

i can see a sequel for this

The two missiles didn't destroy the cruiser. If you read it carefully, you'll see that the Longsword fired into the MAC holes, was hit, and impacted the inside of the ship. Not to mention the ship took three MAC hits.
Thank you Frost Bite. Writing about space battles is kind of difficult. As for detail, you never see any other ships besides the Halcyon class cruiser Pillar Of Autumn. So I don't know what they look like.

I see no rhyme or reason yet. Actually, a little bit of rhyme, but none of the other part. I'd like to see where this goes...

i have to agree with MCC, there is no use of the code, i couldn't stand reading that, it was way to clumped up. Try puttins some space in between you're paragraphs. It will help a lot to the people who read this

Agreed that is wasn't too realistic. The lack of the code made it hard to read, as well.
It went by way to fast, as you lacked the right kind of detail.
You also need to really watch those careless spelling, capitalization, and grammatical errors, too.

Not bad. But it happened pretty quick a ship takes like 5 fighter shots and blows up. The macs would have done that but 2 little missiles wouldn't have blown it up. Oh well write wat u will just make it abit more realistic.
