Well, it could if the frame was already weak.

Good, Oni, other than the fact that you referred to the late Wright several times, it was good.

Your formatting could use a little tweaking, but I enjoyed this story. Although I doubt a single Banshee could take out a whole skyscraper.

Doubtless, it was great, keep it up.

OK ya'll talkingboutmy ODST so i have to get involved. First of all ODST are Special Forces, Second, they are int eh game even though u can't tell the difference. If you read Halo the Flood then you would know the story and the part they play.

In the E3 vid here's a Grunt driving a Ghost, and a lot of people think that in Halo, the Marines wearing Armor are ODSTs, but I think they're just regular Marines that are better equipped. And Humans barely use airplanes NOW in the military, I doubt they'd use them in 500 years.

An i didn't remember seeing any ODST members in the game HAlo and if there was the are non diferent than normal marines. Very interesting story. You've made the characters more realistic by using slang. I don't think I've ever seen a longsword being in the atmosphere of a planet in any of the books and it is unrealistic for a banshee to be in space so the LOngsword must be in earths atmosphere. THe air support should have been an airplane cause humans still use airplanes. Like teemus said I like how you have a fight in the air and one on the ground. Oh yeah, I don't remember seeing any grunts drive vehicles.

I like how you have more then one part going on at a time, like the fight in the air, and then the one on the ground. Like FOrunnER said, you did mix up the names, I say just stick with Wright, now that your pretty deep into the series. Keep it up!

Everyone likes your stories, and I'm sure they'd all want them to come out as soon as possible, but you don't need to rush everything.

Anyway, this story was great. I too noticed that Wright was already dead, and there wasn't very much actual 'Air Support'.

seriously, thankx FOrunnER. this is the kinda thing i like to hear. WOW, big error on my part w/ switchin the names... WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?! switch back or keep it?! well, normal marines in halo can drive ghosts sometimes... i didnt say he was good at driving. and this one was a rush job for some reason... next time i'll take my time with it. thankx!

Yeah it was good, however I noticed you kept calling Stewart Wright. Wright died in pt. two. Other than that inconsistancey it was okay. Also, I don't really see your average joe marine, unless he's an ODST or Special Forces member, having been crossed-trained in piloting Covenant vehicles. It takes enough time to get a license to drive one of our own vehicles, and it'd probably take a lot longer to get authorization to drive an alien vehicle.

Anyway, not as good as your others, but still a joy to read.
