By the way, gruntkiller, I'm looking forward to Fallen Angel 9, if it's coming. I suppose the title 'The Final Jihad' sorta announces the series' final chapter. I don't know, but I'll still look for it occasionally.

note that i only said that the armor had Master cheidf on it it could of been his own only with a different name in it and modified to look like the Master cheifs armor

For the most part I thought the whole idea was great. The only problem that I had had more to do with continuity than anything else. There was no way Sam could have fit into the Master Chiefs' armor, Sam was the tallest SPARTAN II by a full head. And I'm not 100% sure but didn't Sam lose the lower part of one of his arms?

Oh, I feel better. I just submitted the fairly short (sorry, but it should meet standards) first part to my first story, CR.01: Chaotic Reign .01

one thing you can no longer submit stories using email at the top of the fan fiction page click on the bottem thing in the yellow box (i forget what it says) and just copy and paste the story there and fill in the rest of the info.

For the third time...
I know I'm slow at responses, but...
I'm glad, gruntkiller, that at least someone looks forward to my stories. I'm going to try and keep them "TheRedFaction" or at least "Hometokell"...
I'm behind on posting because I have yet asked my dad to get my stories uploaded and attached to an e-mail.
One day...my stories will be read, seen, and experienced in an extremely odd and yet fascinating way...

I know this is late, but the meaning of "Jihad", according to the New College Edition of The American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, is:
"A Moslem holy war against infidels, or A crusade."
So, gruntkiller was right.

great to see that you read that last comment red and understood the mix up by the way, there is a bit of action in the next chapter because well thats just the way things seem to be flowing. im looking forward to seeing your stories red im hoping they will be fairly inovatiove (somthing we need her now)most of the newer stories have been done before many a time.

Yeah, well it's okay gruntkiller. I wasn't implying that I hated it since nothing dies or gets destroyed. Most good stories have little action in most chapters/parts/episodes because they are trying to solve a mystery.
Take .hack//SIGN for example. That show is incredible, but has little action because the main character avoids fights with the guards of the "program" (called Crimson Knights, for those who don't watch .hack.) He spends his time trying to solve a big lot of mysteries rather than fight.
Plus, you've got a lot of stories in right now. I have five parts of one story waiting, and yet I have yet to send them in. (SIGH)
By the way, if I ever do get these stories in, it will be under the screenname Hometokell, or else under TheRedFaction.
Keep it up gruntkiller.

It's misunderstandings people have when reading comments and emails like this that prove just how inept text is at conveying intents and feelings.
And Steele: C'mon, that's bad taste, without me sounding like a moralistic twerp; unless you would be willing yourself to go and take the life of someone else, and have it above your head from then on, you shouldn't crack off comments about giving 'Death' to people so quickly.

Well, jeez Gruntkiller, excuse me for liking it. If you really want me to reject my want for reading more SINCE IT INTRIGUED ME, then so be it. I just felt that since it seemed to have such an epic title that there would be the eternal resolution within. Sheesh... you appreciate the hard work of someone else and they bite your head off...(sigh) people...

the only porblem with that is that saddam is not an ally of any terrorist groups, its just propoganda sent around to drum up support for war. saturn your comment almost seems funny to me (you'lll see in the next chapter) =)

Enough with the violence let peace reign. Oh yeah-- A horrible Death to all those bannan-eating, bean-farting, turban wearing Al Queda gaywads. Well the story was pretty good...a few questions:
1. Even though I haven't read all the other stuff by you, Is Sam the Sam who was killed in when The John, Kelly, and Sam boarded the Covenant craft right after they got their MJOLINR armor?
I doubt it is, but I was just wondering.

hey red if you don't like stories without a lot of action maybe you shoul read something else, i use chapters like this to advance the plot, i don't belive that mindless action is nessecary to make a story good. if you want more answeres you should probobly go back and read the earlier chapters thers probobly alot of questions that they can answer. thanks everyone for the comments =)

yup its the same sam the first chapter explains that point or if you don't feel like going back and reading it some covenant captured Sam and boarded an escape pod before the explosive went off. from there he had a "revolution" in the way he thought about the universe and is now a general in the covenant army

Despite the lack of action, your cliffhanger made up for the short, rather actionless story. Now, I understand that this is only the beginning, so I want more answers!
(And I read the first comment, by Traumatised Marine, and the first sentence cracked me up. Thank you, Traumatised Marine...whew, I needed that.)
Fallen Angel 8: The Final Jihad has received an 8.0 out of a possible 10.0 (The rating is individual, which means each new chapter will receive a new rating).

Gruntkiller is right jihad has to do with the islamic religion like when the taliban attacked the twin towers on 9/11 (damn them to hell for it) they were carrying out their holy war their jihad.

The real meaning of the word Jihad is that of an internal struggle within ones self to achive self peace. And please just don't use the word Jihad in the wrong context.

sad to hear about that diablo you were probobly the most deicated reader to this series. get well soon, i broke my wrist once and it screwed over mym life for a while (i had to stop skiing for a while and swimming) but i haev one word of advice that i discovered, exaggerate however it got broken it has great benefits =)

i know what jihad means (holy war) and a warning abotu the nest chapter anybody who i extremly patriotic in th US (i mean to the extent of hating france because they brought up some really good points why not to go to war with iraq) should probobly not read the next chapter, its a fairly minor point but some may find it offensive
