they do have spines Sergeant B. if ya shoot an elite combat form's head off in halo, u can see it's spine sticking out. newayz thanx 4 commenting lol, cya round =P

Of course they have spines. Elites and humans have spines. The transformation into a Flood combat form is not radical enough to get rid of the spine that is still in the infected body. But anyway, that's just technical stuff. Great fanfiction, and I am looking forward to reading your next one.
