Allies or Enemies part 1
The master chief stood behind a rock waiting. Suddenly a flood warrior jumped over the rock and landed right in front of the master chief.John (the master chief) shot the flood in the head with his assult rifile. It fell to the ground , John policed the floods plasma rifile.
Then he saw a covenant dropship swoop down on to a small hill. Grunt's , Jackle's and a few Elites got out and
started holding off the hill aginst the flood. The covenant fought the flood with brutality but were loosing.
Soon the last Jackle had fallen. The an Elite made a final stand and threw himself at the flood , he took out many flood but suddenly let out a painfull scream and fell dead in the snow. One of the 4 remaning grunts screamed "they got and Elite run!". Panic spread through the grunts and the scattered. Already being weak together they were easy prey by themselves. Flood warriors jumped down befind them and soon there were no grunts left. The flood started to fan out and look for more prey. They found a Elite behind a rock and rushed over to kill him. John was only happy that they hadent looked behind his rock. The flood continued to search the area. One was walking by an ice cave when marines came running out! John was about to join them when he saw 5 Elites come running out behind them. John was about to shoot them when he noticed more marines behind them , John was dumb founded had the marines betrayed him? Either way they were not hurting each other and they were ganging up aginst the flood. John started shooting the flood along with the marines and Elites. Together they outnumbered the flood 3 to 1. John ran up and hit on flood in the back and shot anothe one in the face. The battle continued until finally all of the flood were dead. John ran up to the closest marine. "Why are you fighting
with covenant?" he yelled."Once those things showed up we bunkered down near these Elites. Neither of us fought each other because we knew that if we killed each other off those things would overwhelm us and we started to know each other and havent gotten in to a fight yet". replyed the marine. " Oh well lets just try to stay alive." replyed John. Suddenly some flood came running around the corner and John the marines and the Elites went runing towards them. With thier combined fire power the flood were cut down in a matter of seconts. They continued down the vally but the
flood kept on comming and comming "We cant hold them off forever" John yelled. Then one of the Elites ran up beside him. "A little wile ago I got a transmission from one of our dropships was shot down by the flood , I don't know if it is flyable but we may be able to salvage it " said the Elite. "which way is it?" asked John. "North East , that way" the Elite pointed up the pathway. "Ok lets head up that way" John said. They started up the path as they turned the corner there were many of the small flood poised to attack. "Oh no not squigs" one of the marines shouted. The squigs started jumping on the marines and ripping them to sherads. One grabbed on to a marines stomack. " get it off get it off the " marine shouted in panic. Another marine grabbed on to
the squig and tryed to pull it off. After a wile of tugging the squig came off but the marine was to wounded to go on. Suddenly a marine shouted " look a warthog! " John ran over to look at the snow covered warthog. John rembered driving this warthog around and getting out to get into a squirpion tank , how he wished he had that tank now. John ran over and pulled it out of the snow. Suddenly he had an idea! John ran over to the wounded marine. " Do you think you can fire a gun? " he
asked the marine. " Only a one handed one the squig got my left hand " replyed the marine. Then John handed him his plasma rifile , picked him up carried him over to the warthog and set him in the side seat. "Ok I need two more marines to man this warthog , any volenteers? " "i'll go" shouted one marine " me two said another. Then they got in and drove off to find the dropship.
