The elite walked forward down the hallway, the metal clicking of his feet paddering on the floor was hard to be unheard. Grunts and Jackals made their way past him as he thought about some things. He had forgotten his orders and was wondering around hopelessly trying to find something to do. Though, the doors next to him would slid open, revealing a massive lumbering hunter. Fuel cannon and shield in arms. The elite leaped back watching it hastily make its way out, trampling a grunts till their inner organs implodded. Killing them instantly. The thing was around twelve feet tall, exlcuding the armor. The elite looked at the armor and began thinking of why his kind couldnt use such things, sadly, he knew the reason. The prophets would not allow his kind to have so much armor since they needed them as pilots. The hunter sat down against the wall not ten feet away from him, as he slid down to the floor as well. Salem, the elite, watched the hunter with wonder. Watching it flip its fuel cannon around and checking to see if the grunts had loaded it right. He looked at his arm, starring at the metallic blue armor, lightly tapping it in boredem. "Os stahw ruo txen tnemngissa?" The elite spoke slowly. The hunter looked at him and shook his head, "I onnud." Of course hunters were all brawn and no brain. It seemed to Salem that the Hunter was also bored, tapping its heavy shield on the wall a few times making rather large dents. The elite slowly looked back down at the floor till he heard the shouting of the Veteran Elite. He shot his head up, starring at the elites red armor. Higher rank. "Tahw era ouy ot gniod? Tnod ouy evah sredro?" The hunter stood slowly, "Yrros, lli eb no ym yaw ot PC" The hunter began walking toward CP, taking out a few of anything that wasnt over seven feet tall. He wondered why these hunters never cared about what they killed, only walking through them all. "Lli eb thgir ereht." The elite stood, walking down the same hallway. His feet would most likely never miss the blue and purple blotches of blood which was splattered from the flattened grunts and jackals. Though he managed to make it into the room. Watching the same Veteran Elite walk back and forth explaining about the mission. They werent forced to go but it would give Salem something to do. He told them all to report to landing pad Deceit, in which, they all went. Hunters first thank god. He lagged back, going last as the rest went onto the landing pad. Another veteran elite, barking which Covenant went to which dropship. Three Phantom dropships, hovering over the pads with the whirring of there gravity thrusters blazing. The hunter got onto Phantom Twelve, taking up two spaces of where the forces were supposed to be. Salem was ordered to get on the same Phantom as the hunter, standing right next to it. The door of the transport slowly shut. Leaving them all in the dark. Though his black eyes were used to the dark, starring at his Plasma Rifle, flipping it and looking at the battery. A full battery. The spare plasma rifle would also be checked, of course having a full battery. He had around three plasma grenades, and a couple of spare battery cores to replace the old ones in his plasma rifles. He lifted his head slowly, hoping this mission wouldnt be to hard, and hoping it didnt concern Spartans. Hope....It was the only think he had left in order to be a covenant unit. "I evah eno gniht ot yas, reven nigs a tcartnoc uoy tnod dnatsrednu....." He could hear the brute pilots barking orders at each other, feeling the sudden movement of the phantom moving forward. His insides churned, making him feel nautious. It was all going to soon end, for his life was in danger.

Part 2 will come shortly, please be patient. This series is based on the roleplaying sessions of the Dust and Echoes Halo RPG group. http://dustandechoes.tk/ Each series will be based on each session I happen to be in. Thanks.
