Minds of War (Overview)

It is the year 2374. An American boy who was genetically altered along with twenty other boys, each from a different country, is all brought together to a command school where they learn to command ships and men. There is an alien race that destroyed the first colony ships to land on a habitable planet and every human being within range of them, are surrounding the planet and holding us captive, not allowing any human ship to leave.
The genetically altered boys, all nine years old, start their training at a school where they must work together to lead the attack on the orbiting alien ships. Since the operation that gave them enhanced abilities, they have yet to remember anything of their past. They all have seven years to complete their training, then the invading ships will be ready for the attack. Out of the twenty, they are all equals, if one of them is promoted, it would probably cause a political catastrophe.
The men are each given command of a section of the Universal Army, about a thousand soldiers each. They arrive at the grounded ships, and assume command of about five each, making one hundred ships total.
They launch out of the atmosphere to the orbiting alien ships, where a miniature war breaks out. With the aide of the missiles from the countries below, they blow a hole in the defense system and break into a slip space jump, towards to the colony that they were first invaded, called Seek.
All of the remaining ships then destroyed the orbiting ships around the planet and land their ships across the world. They neutralize the colonized regions within a week, with little losses. There they discover more about the aliens. First, their cities looked as if they were cost effective, the cities looked like their cities and the aliens had close to the same features as them.
Within the week, they had destroyed the entire inhabitation of the aliens on the planets Earth and Seek. They return to Earth which is very lively of their freedom. Which didn't last long, at the end of their first week home, a plague was swept across the thousands of countries, killing everyone, except the genetically altered boys. In a month, they are the only humans left alive. There are no girls among them, due to teamwork capability. They were doomed to die as the last humans alive.
The boys, within the remaining years of their lives, discover from their immune blood and the dead corpses that the aliens were protecting them from the disease that they were plagued with the moment they stepped foot on the soil of Seek. When they reached thirty years of age, they had discovered much about the aliens, and how to contact with them. Their genetically altered brains had the capabilities of understanding languages, even unknown ones. They send a message to some of the remaining ships spread out around the Earth's atmosphere.
In a day, one of their ships landed on the Earth's surface and waited for the remaining humans to show up. When they did, the boys started exchanging information of what had happened to them and how it happened. The aliens share information with them, claiming that they were protecting them from the plague which was the aliens. They revealed their name, Claise Re Vuen which means The Infected. And most importantly, they take them to their home planet, which is the home of their king or the Mind as they call him.
The Mind reveals to them that he can recreate organisms from ones mind. But since there were no important women in their minds, he is unable to recreate the living image.
He then ventures deeper into their mind, behind unlocked doors, which opens to their past before the operation. They all struggle for their lives with the uncontrollable flashes of their past, which reveals a special women that was not their sibling. He recreates that image and speeds the process up by making the women twenty years older then when they last saw the women. He also makes the women immune to the disease that infects the alien race.
When that is over, they send them back to Earth, which has recreated the beautiful image it possessed thousands of years ago, in only one year. There they repopulate the human race.
The war was a mistake. They will not be able to be a strong enough race to venture into the regions of space or compete with the Infected for thousands of years. At that time, they will then be able to live with the Infected as brothers instead of rivals, at least for a while. The boys decide to start a whole new culture. A whole new religion. None. No more rivalry, no more war, no more trouble. At the year 2402, they mark the end of A.D. and the beginning of A.U. All United.
