Critters the Reckoning part one

Critters: The Reckoning
In the distant future, all of the rabbits and squirrels on earth were abducted by these evil aliens. They enhanced the poor animals into their slaves of destruction. The animals were given human-like abilities. The Aliens code named them CRITTERS.
When returned the CRITTERS waited in silence for the day they will rise above the humans and bring upon them the day of reckoning.
After space colony 196 was established, the U.N. created UNSC (United Nations Space Command). This was the lead elite military force.
Space Station Arizona
"Sir, incoming transmission."
"This is Echo 419 ... thousands of ... evil .... Rabbits ... squirrels ... armed with advanced weaponry ............ Alpha 9 and Beta 7 ... are gone ........... send reinforcements ... Manhattan, New York ......... Echo 419 clear."
"Send reinforcements and get the head of command on the line."
Manhattan, New York
"Where the hell are those reinforcements!?"
A small squad of marines that were defending Liberty Isle were attacked by enhanced British Spitfires piloted by the CRITTERS. The Squad scrambled for cover as they desperately tried to fight back. Soon the Statue of Liberty had fallen and the marines were able to shoot down two enemy fighters, which seemed to scare the rest away.
"Damn it! They destroyed Lady Liberty! Bastards!"
"Sarge, Fort Bradley is under attack and needs assistance."
"Get Echo 419 on the line, tell her we need a pickup at Liberty Isle."
"Yes sir."
Then the enemy fighters are back but the reinforcements just arrived. They were enhanced P52 Mustangs armed with pulse ion canons. The two groups became tangled in a massive dog fight. Then Echo 419 was able to pick up the squad and take them to on their way to Fort Bradley. They left the rubble of Lady Liberty along with the dogfight.
Fort Bradley
"They've breached the gate!"
"Don't let em through!"
As the troops hold them off a bullet from a rabbit's gun hits one of the troops in a guard tower. His comrades watch him fall to the ground.
"Oh my god! They killed Kenny!"
"You Bastard!"
The troops are scattered every where holding off the invaders. Then there was a massive explosion.
"They're forcing through the West Wall!"
All of a sudden that same soldier was hit. The bullet went through his chest and into Lieutenant Jenkins', who is the CO of the base.
"Sir are you all right?"
"Tell Sergeant Joe Hansen he's in charge til the reinforcements arrive.......ughhhh"
"Yes Sir!"
Private Mendoza maneuvers his way to the sarge to give him the message.
"Sir Lieutenant Jenkins said your in charge until the reinforcements arrive."
"Ok got it. Now help them at the west wall."
Suddenly a smoldering Mustang flies overhead and crashes. Behind it a single enemy fighter appeared. Then a stream of blue light hit the fighter leaving it in pieces crashing to the ground. It was Dropship Pelican Echo 419 with the reinforcements! She lands and yells over the radio.
"Touchdown marines go go go!"
As the dust clears the squad of marines split up and move to the west wall and gate. Then a loan figure stands in shimmering sage armor, bearing an assault rifle in his hands. This loan SPARTAN warrior has saved the earth before and he'll do it again.
Intermission
(Beverley Hillbillies theme song melody thing)
There once was a story bout a man named chief.
Spartan soldier brought the covies all to grief
Then one day he was shooting on a ring and up from the ground came a horrible thing
(Flood that is, tan menace, halo evil)
Next thing ya know old chief's in the air
All them marines yelled "Chief get away from there
Space is the place you really ought to be!"
So he packed up his bags and flew into a Nebula
(Space that is, dark pools, real stars)
Back to the story
"Master Chief sir, sergeant Joe Hansen reporting in, we have many wounded, many casualties, and you're now in charge."
"Alright get all wounded on board the dropship. Any men capable of fighting leave them here. Now Move!"
"Sir yes sir!"
MC and his men hold of the Critters long enough for pelican Echo 419 to evac the wounded. Suddenly there was a large explosion near the west wall.
"They're coming through!"
"Ahhh! I'm hit! Oh Jesus please don't let me die."
As the wounded desperately try to get back up, MC and his squad fire a barrage of bullets keeping the enemy at bay.
"Take em down boys!" yelled MC."
Then he gets a transmission in his helmet.
"This is .... Echo 419! Can .... anyone .... here me?
"This is MC, hear you loud and clear!"
"I've ... got two ...... bandits on my tail ...... need air support!"
"Got it. I'll send three mustangs your way."
"Damn ... Too late ...... air brakes shot ... ... to hell ...... Engine Failure ...... We're goin down ... I ... can't hold ... er ...... Brace for impact!"
"Echo 419! She's gone."
A frag explodes. As MC brought his gun up screams were heard everywhere.
"Master Chief they've gotten through the gate!"
"Just keep em away from the base! Men help them at the gate I've got the west wall covered!"
"Yes sir!"
Blood and gore covered the ground as the two enemies slaughtered each other.
"Die homosapien scum!" yelled a rabbit.
MC moved from rubble to rubble dodging enemy fire. He popped out and fired a spray of bullets that tore the CRITTERS to pieces. Soon the battle ended. Fort Bradley was saved but the price was massive, many were dead.
"Master Chief its over we did it!"
"No. I think it's just begun."

"Master Chief, its over we did it!"
"No. I think it's just begun."
Master chief made his way toward the communications center, passing the death and destruction he thought to himself, "How the hell did these rabbits and squirrels grow two times larger and become capable of such power and destruction. They were almost human. What if..." His thoughts were disrupted by a marine.
"Master Chief, over here! I found something!"
"What is it marine?"
"Look this is a rabbit leader of one of their squads. But look at the insignia mark on its chest. It looks like the insignia similar to a Covenant grunt. What the hell is going on here? The Covenant was wiped out in September of 2553...at least the ones knew of.
"I'm not too sure. Stay here and continue to investigate, I need to make contact with NY Central Command."
When Master Chief made it to the comm. Center and climbed a staircase to the top, he looked at a screen. It was January 25, 2554. The time was 17:35. He peered out the window, the sky was a sea of darkness covered by smoke from the base. Except for one area where the sun peered through, giving light for the struggling troops below. He walked over to a holographic communications panel and made contact with New York Central Command.
"NYCC, this is Master Chief radioing from Fort Bradley."
"What's your status Master Chief?"
"We have sustained heavy damage and many casualties. The base can't survive another attack. We either need to evacuate or you send a massive squad of reinforcements. It's your call general."
"Alright, Master Chief how many dropships do I need to send for the men?"
"Send six dropships."
"Six!? That's all that's left!?"
"Sigh......Unfortunately yes. That's all."
"Alright, now just collect the data from the base mainframe and ready the men for evac."
"Yes sir."
Master Chief walked outside and told the Marines to prep for evac. They all obeyed slowly picking up weapons and helping the wounded. MC went to the tech center and collected the data onto a small disk that he put into a pocket on his waist. He heard a transmission in his helmet.
"This is pelican Bravo squad, we've got a visual on the base. Clear the landing zone."
"This is Master Chief I'll clear the LZ over out."
MC went back out and ordered the marines to clear the LZ. They helped each other move along. The dropships landed and the marines moved along into their seats. MC stood in the back of the squad leader's pelican. He held onto a handle above his head and saw the devastation, the emptiness of liberty isle, the smoke and rubble of Fort Bradley.
When they made it to the NYCC, MC looked for General Jackson L. Stillmen. He found him in the lounge. They talked about dull military stuff, stupid questions that won't solve anything.
THE CRITTERS UNDERGROUND BASE
An evil rabbit minion was talking to the president evil rabbit who was married to an evil squirrel. EWWWWWWWWWW.
Evil minion spoke, "Sir the leader who led the attack against Fort Bradley has died."
The President responded, "He was a good kid. Uh. I think I'll pay a visit to his girlfriend. MWAH HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!"
Evil Minion spoke, ""Sir how can you be so evil, he was your own brother, OUR BROTHER."
The President thought for a minute and responded, "Spook I have something to tell you," he breathed heavily making the sound of Darth Vader, "Cough Cough excuse me. Where's my inhaler? Ahh here it is," he used his inhaler," Where was I? Oh yea. Spook I am not your brother...I'm your father."
Evil minion yelled, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
The minion left in agony. The president went to a communicator device similar to a covenant one. He pressed some buttons that made beep sounds.
"I love that noise ok back to business."
He pressed a button that said on it
PAUSE
Wait I know what you're thinking. This button makes a super beep but it doesn't. This is this climax of the story. It is so unpredictable, so mind-blowing, so crazy it will knock the computer monitor out so you can't finish reading the fan fic. It says "CONTACT COVENANT".
HAH you didn't see that coming did you!? NO I just ruined the climax!
UNPAUSE
CONTACT COVENANT.
The president spoke, "Hello? Mr. Covenant?"
"What?"
"New York city, Florida, Germany, Russia, and Tokyo have fallen. We have armies that have those areas secured and when you're ready you may start the invasion."
The covie leader responded very pleased, "I'm very pleased. You've made such progress already. We'll start the invasion in one week. Be Ready."
"Yes sir, over and out."
The president left the communicator and went to his son. He spoke to him.
"I'M YOU'RE FATHER!!!"
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NOT AGAIN!!!"
Arizona Command Center a.k.a. HQ
Master Chief had just been moved to the HQ in Arizona. From there he would take a shuttle to the Corridor of Winter, one of the UNSC's last remaining cruisers, it was also the sister ship of the Pillar of Autumn. This ship has gone to Hell and back. It helped wipe out the covenant or at least they assumed.

Critters the Reckoning part 3

Arizona Command Center a.k.a. HQ
Master Chief had just been moved to the HQ in Arizona. From there he would take a shuttle to the Corridor of Winter, one of the UNSC's last remaining cruisers, it was also the sister ship of the Pillar of Autumn. This ship has gone to Hell and back. It helped wipe out the covenant or at least they assumed.
One week later
MC had met Cortana once again. MC was on the bridge talking to the captain. The pilot saw something come into view. It was a Covenant fleet!
"Holy Shit! Captain we've got a Covenant fleet coming in!"
"That's impossible! They were destroyed." responded the captain.
MC remembered the insignia mark on the rabbit leader back at Fort Bradley. Things were becoming clear now.
MC spoke, "Wait, there was a covenant insignia on one of the rabbit leaders. What if somehow the covenant mutated these animals and used them to weaken our forces, giving the covenant their chance to fight back for their home world that we destroyed."
The Captain responded, "But they were wiped out."
Cortana responded to the Captain, "Sir what if there was another planet or this fleet was away from the planet at the time. Either one of those would explain the less resistance coming from the planet, otherwise how would we destroy the planet only losing one fourth of our attacking fleet."
MC spoke, "What if it was all a decoy to lure us away from Earth and that's when they slipped through the defenses and mutated the animals."
The pilot interrupted the conversation, "Sir they've fired their plasma cannons. Impact in 15 seconds!"
The Captain yelled, "Perform evasive maneuvers!" he turned to Master Chief "Get Cortana out of here!"
"10 seconds!"
MC responded, "Yes sir! Pilot keep the radio open to me I have an idea."
"Yes Sir, 5 seconds. We're not gonna make it! 3...2...1..."
The Corridor of Winter was hit on the starboard side and sustained heavy damage and was unable to return fire. Orders were issued for longswords to be deployed, and to evacuate the ship. The Covenant ships passed by the disabled cruiser as if it were a discarded toy. Master Chief told the bridge his idea. The bridge had to stay onboard until MC's plan was completed.
MC made his was to a hanger bay that was empty. HE received transmissions in his helmet as he walked.
Pilot: "Sir! They just folded in--inside our formation!"
Admiral: "Son, I need you to calm down."
Pilot: "...look, additional contacts - moving to engage [static]"
Admiral: "[obliterated by static] ...and get your picket back to rally point Alpha."
Master Chief picked up a battle rifle.
General: "Admiral, you can't let them maintain orbit."
Admiral: "I'm trying, general, but we've lost advantage within the lunar perimeter."
He took an elevator down to the floor with the empty hanger.
Admiral: "My frigates are combat ineffective, and the fighters... they don't have enough punch to take out a Covenant assault carrier."
General: "Your pilots let up, and down here its the goddamned apocalypse!"
He walked into the hanger as the ship took place.
General: "I'm asking you to retarget the orbitals!"
Admiral: "And let more of them slip the kill zone? That's insanity!"
Admiral: "There's nothing more I can do!"
He punched a button that opened the hanger door.
Pilot: "The core defense is too intense. Our grid is maxed, I don't think we can last another run!"
Cortana: "Admiral, tell your men to hold their positions. Reinforcements are on the spoke."
Admiral: "The entire fleet is engaged, Cortana. With respect, what the hell sort of reinforcement have you got?"
Tech: "It's passing below your position ma'am. Proximity zero."
He waited then jumped into space.
Cortana: "What if you miss...?"
Master Chief: "I wont."
He flew out of the ship and straight toward one of the covenant assault carriers. The Corridor of Winter was an awful site. Most of the starboard side had been destroyed leaving only the few lifeboats left. Both of the main engines were out of commission. She was running on the small 4 engines beside the 2 main ones. A pelican came out of the ship. It was most likely the bridge crew. MC hit the Covenant Carrier were the Shield was punctured because of longswords concentrating their attacks on that spot as MC ordered them to. His plan was going well. He went to an airlock door and overwrites the system so he can open it. He made it inside after all of the air was sucked out, then he shut the door again.
