Can you imagine if he somehow incorporated that into his story?
"Gary walked forward, hearing hard, yet muffled footsteps. He peered around the corner and came face to face with a Knight, he had been warned about these deadly Covenant soldiers. Behind him stepped out two more, then ten, Gary frowned behind his armour. Twenty more stepped out from the doorway, encircling him. Another hundred lined the walkways above. But the largest number - five-hundred-and-sixty-two Knights - stood there and laughed at Gary's incredible ability to count numbers within a millisecond."

i just went thru all the comment sections of my past stories and found an anonymous guy posted on a few of em. months after they were written tho. he also said walked recommended em. i feel happy :D. but im wonder who the frick this guy is. HELP ME CATCH THE ANONYMOUS COMMENTER

Unless Gary somehow makes a treaty with the Knights, and then backstabs them and that's how they all die. And he is the reason they side with the Covenant in Neverland!

If there were Knights in Neverland, there had to be Knights in the real battles on Earth and such. Gary could be the guy who sent 'em all to neverland.

Good stuff, Odin, seemed a bit rushed, but other than that it was good.

meh, it was okay. It did rush through everything, no details on any of the training, but I agree, it is hard to make a chapter good when all it's doing is setting up the stage.

Yea, things did seem rushed. But I can give that free-room because it's setting up the story to come.

it was more like a summary than really a story. there weren't any details about boot camp or infantry training and things seemed rushed.
