I liked it. I've been following this one very closely. I liked it a lot. Those Knights sound like a pain in the ass to fight.

Chief Mendez, on Kelly's shoulder, unholstered her pistol and opeded fire on the Knight.
It's not too bad. There's not enough description. And check your verb tenses, too.
Overall, a good effort.
