Well, I like this new series or yours. Though it isn't action oriented, it has never the less drawn me in with its suspense and mystery. Basically, with your writing style, I would read anything you post up.
I do have a hunch as to where the name Boomer came from. I never did play Bungie's other claim to fame Marathon, but if I remember correctly from a forum I read somewhere that at one point in the game, a main character named Durandal or something took over an enemy scout ship. He then painted over, or crossed out, the old name, which was written in the enemy language, and wrote in its place Boomer.
I don't know if this is right by any means, but without my daily caffine injections this is the best you're going to get out of me. Anyway another job well done, congrats.

like i said, its just a short story, so it wont be anything particularly special, but boring it is not.
c'mon, finding a ship that is neither human nor Covenant?

LOL!! well, all mysteries are about to be solved in All Roads Lead To Sol.. which should be up tommorrow (i submitted chaper 10 an hour ago)
and sc.com is splintercell.com. damn fine forum.
have you noticed the relevance of the ship name, by any chance?

i had this idea put into my head from a friend at the sc.com forums, and had to write something about it, so this short story is what i came up with. and no, it doesnt mean there wont be any more "All Roads Lead To Sol..." chapters any more, i'm just finishing 10 of and it will be up by tommorrow.
