Halo: A Troubled Galaxy

Chapter 1
Wrrrrr went the powerful engines of the speeding M12 LRV Warthog as it flew about 20 feet in the air. Hitting the ground after a powerful jump almost made the Chief smash his head into the dashboard. Behind him with shiny metallic overlay was a deadly Covenant drop ship. Inside the drop ship were about twenty elites ready to start firing on the chief and his marines. "Chief hurry their gaining on us", yelled Private Davidson as he kept all fire on the drop ship, until finally a flame appeared.
While Davidson hoped he would hopefully make out of this mission alive. Just a moment the Chief turned around to see the elites hopping out of their downed drop ship. At that moment steaming plasma bolts were flying all around the warthog. As the got closer to the edge of the cliff he decided to grapple on to the side of an upcoming cliff to hopefully lose the Covenant for a short while.
Finally, the Chief warned the marines and stepped on the gas. While he was speeding he could hear the plasma bolts, the screaming of Davidson, and the passenger Corporal Maverick. Then they got to the edge of the cliff and the chief wrapped the cord around a nearby tree and plunged of the side of the cliff. After a few seconds a strong tug shook him and they were dangling there on the side of the cliff.
To Davidson it felt like an hour waiting for the chief to reel them back up the cliff. Finally, the Chief reeled the warthog up the mountain to luckily find no covenant. Also he could hear sighs coming from the marines. Then the Chief called in for a pickup and was told, "Sorry Chief were all very busy be there in about an hour, sorry." So the Chief told the marines to stay on guard while he took a quick rest. While the marines decided to let the Chief rest because of his lack of sleep.
"Come on Chief move it, I need you to take out the Covenant detention center, then rush out of there and wait for a pickup," said Col. McKay. Then the Chief was remembering his flight over the plant Manaan. Then how he met Private Davidson and Corporal Maverick and how they were so nervous. Then how they all got in the warthog and then ho they finally go to the facility, and snuck out until the bomb exploded early. Also when he went over the cliff, then the Chief woke up to the voice of Lee as he told him that the drop ship was here.
The Chief hurried on the drop ship and was relieved to get off the ground. Then Davidson asked, hey chief you sleep well?" Then the Chief replied, "Ya I slept ok," as he knew that he really didn't sleep well. After 35 minutes they got to Delta base and the Chief walked down a hall hoping to get a little rest. Then he got to his bunk and had a short dream about his training to become a Spartan.
"Come on Spartan, Move it," was yelled at him from the loudspeaker. The Chief moved quicker to the enemy base as he called in for reinforcements. Then the Chief ran in the outpost, to find the controls and then he placed a bomb on it and pulled the pin. Then he saw the 20 second timer flashing down as he ran outside. Afterward he heard a Warthog rushing down the road. As he kept hoping it was his team, but as soon as he could see who was inside the warthog he was shot and the bomb was disarmed...
"Chief get to operations now on the double!" yelled Col. McKay. The Chief was woken up very quickly but he wasn't angry going to operation because he got a record breaking nap, 1 hour. When he got to operations McKay told him his mission: To enter the Covenant base steal any information inside. Then he would have to blow it up and to get to the drop zone. To the Chief this sounded like a cake walk. So he went to the mess hall and got an old and crusty hot dog meal with a so called drink.
Then he met his squadron: Col. Franks, Sgt. Jackson, and Private Lee. Then they got on a pelican and were accompanied by two other pelicans for support. As they flew over the watery section of the planet Manaan as they got closer to land they got more and more nervous about the mission. Then about 50 miles from the drop zone three phantom interceptors attacked and demolished the other two pelicans. While the Chief's pelican crash landed and luckily the covenant had thought they were all dead.
Luckily everyone except the driver was alive and ok, but they couldn't get a pickup because they were too close to the Covenant, then the Chief knew this would not be easy.
Then the Chief asked if they could drive ghost and they all told him yes, but not very well. So the Chief told him what they were going to do. First, steal ghosts at the outpost, destroy the outpost, and get to the base. Then were going steal any files that we find, and then we destroy the base, and get to the pick up zone. Then they all agreed with the plan and grabbed whatever gear they could salvage and were off on this modified mission.
After about walking five miles the Chief saw a patrol ghost who was about two miles away from the outpost. So the Chief told the marines to duck down and let him sneak up on the driver. Then the Chief jumped on top of the ghost, killed the elite and rode back to the marines. "Change of plans, I'm going to get a drop ship, then we're going to sneak into the base from the inside," and they liked that idea a lot more. So the chief gunned the engine of the stolen ghost and was on his way.
After about five minutes he saw the outpost and saw a very weak defense: five elites, two jackals, and twelve grunts. So he decided to rush them, he hit three elites, and then he shot the other two elites to death. Then he rained a deadly amount of plasma fire on the rest of the troops. Then the Chief ran inside left a bomb in the center of the outpost with one minute till destruction. Finally, he stole and drove the drop ship stealthily back to the marines who quickly hopped aboard. Then they were headed about forty miles to the Covenant base on Manaan.
Then they got a mile away from the base and that they would have a lot of trouble getting out of there. Once they got close enough they landed in an indoor landing area. Then the sides opened and something even the chief couldn't have guessed happened. The enemy had an army about 40 elites, 30 jackals, 82 grunts, 20 shades, 8 banshees, and 2 phantoms, and they were all pointed at the drop ship...
They were surrounded so they obviously decided to surrender because the drop ship's explosion would kill them all. Then they threw down their weapons, but the Chief hid a plasma grenade in his mouth to escape. After a painful dragging to the holding cells, they were thrown inside. Then plasma bars appeared to stop them from escaping. Then they took away the chief's armor and any gear the marines had on then the Chief planned his escape.
He punched a hole in the wall to the right of the bars where there was a control panel. Then he put the plasma grenade inside it and jumped away. Then the bars faded out and the Chief ran outside and shut down the other cells plasma bars. Then they found their weapons and there gear in another cell. So then they left the prison to look for a planning room.
So the ran down a hallway while they killed anyone in there way. Then they took a right a found a planning room and killed the three elites in bullet shells. Inside they found their plan to blow up the planet and escape. So the Chief radioed in to Delta base their situation and the Covenant plans. Also the Chief left the detonation bomb inside the planning room.
Then they found a control panel and shut down their bombs around the planet, permanently. Then Private Lee had an idea, "Chief lets not take a drop ship, if we take ghosts outside we can get out quieter and kill more of them with the explosion." They liked that idea and they took a left to get outside. Then they ran down another hall massacring any Covenant in there way.
After a while they came to a plasma shielded door in their way. Then the Chief told the marines to go left while he went right to look for the switch to let them go outside. Then Jackson, Lee and Franks ran down a hallway shooting as fast as possible at the few elites in front of them. Then they ran into small room where two gold plasma sword elites turned to attack them.
The Chief ran down a hall making the walls turn shiny blue with elite, jackal, and grunt blood. He ran down a hall shot a full clip into two elites and then ran past their lifeless bodies. The marines jumped back firing clips into them while Lee threw as many grenades as possible while finally killing them all. The Chief entered a good size room with nothing he could see, and then suddenly five camouflaged elites appeared out of nowhere.
The marines started hurrying back to the chief while Jackson told the Chief the switch was in his direction. Then the Chief told them to stay by the blocked door. The Chief sweating and tired searched the room until he noticed a thin wall. So he punched a hole in the wall and shut down the power. Then the Chief ran back to the marines and opened the door.
Outside they saw a descent squadron: 5 elites, 5 jackals, 10 grunts, and 2 banshees. Then they charged them and bullets went flying at both sides. Then hey finally won as there was blood of Covenant everywhere. Then they noticed Col. Franks was K.I.A. Lifeless and dead on the ground. Finally they said their good byes and hurried to the Covenant ghosts and left.
Racing away from the base, the Chief detonated the bomb and watched it explode as he heard their cries. Then they saw 3 banshees close in on them as the Chief called for pickup and reinforcements. The banshee drivers were not bad at all and then the marines pulled a stunt. They hit the brakes and shot down two of them down from behind. Unluckily the banshee on the Chief would not go down.
Then they heard a familiar sound a pelican zooming over head as they mashed into the banshee and ordered them inside. So then the pelican drove them home. When they got back they were awarded medals of Honor for stopping the Covenant. Then the Chief got another mission for his final training sessions of a Spartan a human distress signal from the planet Tares. Finally the Chief got his long sword fighter and took off. Then the Chief fell asleep for a descent amount of time.
"Spartan 117 (Chief) you need to attack with your team not by yourself," was yelled out of the loudspeaker. The Chief waited for a pickup by his team and went to the enemy base while he was in the passenger seat. Then the chief ran inside and planted the bomb and realized teamwork really does make a difference. Then he hoped in the warthog as they mowed down any resistance. Then they had a team celebration of their victory...
Then the Chief saw the planet Tares and wondered what they would need him to do...

Chapter 2
The Chief went to Alpha base on Tares and landed on the northern landing pad. The Chief was greeted by Commander Jones. Then the Chief went to the Planning Room to be told the situation on Tares. He was told that the Covenant was quickly overrunning the planet and they needed him to defend the base and then go in with their best marines and detonate their Cruiser that crashed before they can repair it. Also that they had stolen secret documents that said the Covenant were going to attack them in two hours.
They gave the Chief large cannon, a scorpion tank, a rocket launcher, and a shotgun. Then the marines were told to get in position incase the Covenant attacked early. So the Chief sat down in the "cockpit" of the cannon. It also made the chief feel safe inside the steel walls. Then after a while an alarm sounded, actually to the Chief's surprise they attacked at the same time just like the plans said. After a while the Chief could see their massive army of elites, hunters, jackals, grunts, banshees, phantoms, ghosts, and wraiths.
Once they got about ten miles away the hidden tanks on the canyon fired at the wraith tanks and the phantoms coming down the path. Then the chief fired as he saw explosions and heard screams echoing threw the valley. Then alpha base sent long sword fighters and pelicans to give support. He saw rocket soldiers fired at whatever they could on the ground as some of them caused devastating rockslides.
Then the Chief got an order to move behind their army and support their backup tank army that was hidden behind the Covenant army. So the Chief went on a Pelican throwing grenades that landed right on target at the elites. Then he landed near the tanks and jumped in one of them. The army of about 25 tanks rushed behind the covenant army while firing as quickly as possible. Even with their great tricks to stop the enemy the Covenant was still pushing through the marines' defense with about four fifths of the Covenant army still alive.
The Chief rushed ahead full speed in his Scorpion Tank. The tank next to the Chief fired at the remaining wraith tanks. Then the Chief fired into the hull of the Wraith tank and ran over a few elites as he fired his 30mm chaingun. Then a Wraith tank fired at the Chief and the Spartan quickly jumped out. The Chief then ran outside and shoved the barrel of his shotgun into an elite and saw its blood splatter upon his visor.
The MC opened the hatch above the Covenant Wraith tank and fired a shell into the skull of a golden elite warrior. Then the Chief was going to hop in when one of the rocket soldiers hit the Wraith and the Chief grabbed the dead elite's plasma sword and jumped away. Then the Spartan grabbed the sword and plunged it into the driver of the next Wraith driver and took command of it. The Chief told the marines not to fire on him and plastered the nearby tanks.
While the friendly tank squadrons pushed ahead helping the Chief make his way threw by wasting everything in sight. Then a skyhawk fighter wing into the battle by firing salvo rockets into the Covenant's massive army. Then only two-fifths on the armada remained after the blast. Then the Spartan rushed forward and ran over a few stupid jackals. The MC then rushed forward shoot his powerful plasma blasts on the enemy.
Then a long sword fighter was shot down about 300 feet away from the Chief and crashed into a rock-made dam above the canyon. Then an alarm sounded from a nearby pelican that told everyone to evacuate the canyon because they were going to seal the entrances to drown the Covenant. "One minute until closure," was yelled from a loudspeaker. Then two special ops Marines pulled up next to the Chief and had him hop in the gunner seat of the Rocket Warthog.
The MC fired rapidly at the running troops and wasted one elite and saw him explode before his eyes into a slimy mess. "45 seconds until closure, was yelled again as the Chief fired at anything coming his way. After 10 more seconds the Chief noticed they were going to slow so he quickly switched seats with the marine in less than two seconds. The Spartan made the warthog go as fast as it could allow him to go. Then he tried swerving in an out of tanks and rubble as he heard, "20 seconds until closure."
The Chief looked behind him and saw the water rush over the cliff and started to "chase" him. The MC took a jump over a downed tank and went over a major roadblock. Then they heard, "5 seconds until closure," while the water had almost swept them away. The Chief saw the large steel walls start to be dropped. Then he made another jump over a huge pile of tanks and destroyed vehicles. The jump gave them enough speed to make it past the wall just in time.
The huge walls fell into place as they heard Covenant forces die and sadly heard some marines drowning on the other side of the wall. Then some pelicans came and pickup up any of the remanding survivors and took them back to Alpha Base. Once the Chief got to Alpha Base and once he got there he got a Medal of Honor to him and the marines that survived. Then they all gave a moment of silence to all of the soldiers who died protecting their base.
Then they reminded the Chief that in a few hours he had to go and finish off their Cruiser. Then two hours later when it got dark the Chief and five other marine commandos went with the Chief on a Pelican. The names of the commandos were Jackson, Lowell, Smith, O'Brian, Samson, and Maven. They landed two miles away from the Cruiser and began their approach on camouflaged warthogs.
When they got to the gravity lift they saw a few hunters and were quickly massacred and ran over. Then they moved into the gravity lift and were pulled upwards into Covenant Cruiser. Once they got inside they followed a path to the right and a few grunts tried to kill the Chief but were mowed down by the marines. In the next room was a docking bay and that was their secondary escape. Then they ran inside and spread out as the Chief smashed the butt of his assault rifle through the elite's skull. The MC ran inside and slammed down a door under lock down and ran through killing the hunters that were hidden behind it.
The Spartan ran through the doorway and punctured a camouflaged elite with his shotgun through his torso. Then the Chief ran forward into a strange room where he saw a prophet the Chief fired a full clip of shotgun shells into the beast while his team rushed inside. Then the Chief planted three bombs with two-minute timers. The Spartan and his marines rushed back to the hangar and stole a drop ship and evacuated back to alpha base.
Back at base the Chief was told he needed to go to Confer IV and find out what happened to them. There has been no contact for over 48 hours. The MC hurried onto his Long Sword fighter and headed for Confer IV. Once he got nearby a orbital cannon hit his fighter and he started a deadly plunge toward the surface...

Chapter 3
The Chief was spinning out of control and the ejection seat was jammed. So the Spartan sent an emergency message: "Covenant takeover of Confer IV, crashing, no human life signs detected." Than the MC saw the ground and braced for impact as his long sword fighter exploded. Then his head smashed into the dashboard and his vision blurred away...
The Chief dreamed of himself running down a large hallway. He was killing elites by the hundreds then he felt strange his muscles shrank to where he couldn't lift a pistol. Then he ran scared and an elite ran next to him and smashed his plasma rifle into his weak forehead. He felt himself fall to the ground as he was drowning in his own blood while the elite crushed his head...
His vision started come back as he noticed he was in an oval shaped container. While he was being transported in a modified dropship which was loaded with many more containers filled with humans. The Spartan had no armor and had no weapons on him as he kept wondering what will happen to everyone. Then they broke the atmosphere and docked with a covenant Cruiser.
When they docked with the cruiser elites ran inside and started moving them like cargo. When an elite saw the Chief he pushed a button which spewed out sleeping gas which made the Chief fall asleep...
"Ten Hours Later..."
The Chief woke up with him muscles screaming in pain as he moved them for the first time in a while. He saw hundreds of human board personnel and soldiers put into huge rows. Then they were pushed into another room with a mutated creature that was somehow making humans serve the Covenant. The creature was huge and looked like a neon elite with six hands and four feet and the Chief saw him shove a glowing orb down the throat of a marine. Who then saluted his elite guard and left down a hall where the Covenant-humans were kept.
Then the Chief had to think fast to stop him from becoming the worst enemy of mankind. He had an idea to fight them: while the orb was going down his throat he would blow as hard as he could until he could blow it out. Then he would pretend to serve the Covenant until he could revolt. After 30 minutes he was taken out of the container and placed on a counter with hand and feet locks.
When they locked him up they started to shove the orb down his throat. The Spartan squirmed as mush as he could until it finally slid down most of his throat. Than they unlocked him and he saluted them and walked down the hall as his face started to turn purple. Once he turned the first corner the Chief spit it out and jammed it in a vent. Then he ran ahead to the mutated humans.
The Chief got in a line and started out doing target practice while the Chief took two plasma pistols because he hid one in his pocket for his escape. The MC waited until they were called for dinner while the Chief snuck out into a storage room. Once he went inside he saw a plasma bars blocking his entrance. So he fired a plasma bolt into the control panel and the bottom two bars faded out.
Than he scrambled around looking for his armor and in the back corner he found it and quickly put it on. Then he grabbed a shotgun, duel SMGs, and four of every type of grenade. The Mc ran outside and saw a gold elite who quickly hit the alarm as the Chief put a shotgun shell in his chest. Then he heard on the "speakers" with his suits translator "The Green soldier has escaped kill him!!!"
The Spartan ran down a hall hoping to get away from the humans. He ran through the mess hall as quick as he could go as he ran into an elevator to the bridge and important areas. When he got up there were three elites as he shot machine gun bullets into their slimy heads as they bled to death on the floor. After he turned right he saw the neon elite as it shot a super powered fuel rod gun.
The Chief ran at him and threw a grenade on his face and then drowned him is bullets as he roared and chased the Chief until he exploded. He jumped over his burnt intestines and ran past his body when three evil marines with fuel rod guns fired at the Chief. The Chief shot the fuel rod gun shots which exploded and killed the marines which made the Chief angry at himself.
Then he threw down his empty SMGs and picked up a fuel rod gun. He ran down the hall into a planning room and found out their plan. To use the two thousand mutated humans, to find Earth, destroy its defenses, and when the human army arrives make Earth explode killing everyone within its blast. The Chief was furious and luckily saw a knock out gun that the covenant used on the marines.
Then he scrambled around the room looking for the cure until he found it: a huge electrical surge. He then radioed in what he knew to Reach and was told to crash the cruiser on the planet and destroy the defenses and they would drop an electric bomb. The Spartan was leaving the room when ten elites rushed in and the Chief threw two grenades at them and opened fire.
The Spartan fired ten shells and finally they all dropped to the floor dead. Then the Chief ran ahead and blew open the locked door into the bridge and shot the high ranked Covenant officers. After the Chief was finished there was blood splattered on the wall. Than the Spartan went to the console and also looked for their homeworld but could not find it. Then he told it collide into the unknown planet in the huge body of water.
The MC ran outside and headed for the docking bay. Then he was stopped on his way by twenty marines who locked down the entrances into the docking bay. The Chief turned around to hopefully find an electrical weapon. He ran to another weapon storage room and found a human tazer which shot electrical blasts about twenty feet.
Than he dropped his fuel rod gun and his shotgun and grabbed the tazer and two SMGs. He jumped into a ventilation shaft and squeezed through and was wondering why they didn't block it off. Then he got closer to the exit and he saw two Seraph Class Space Fighters and those would be his escape.
He slammed the grate off the other side and slipped through firing his tazer at the surrounding humans as they slumped to the floor unconscious. He ran through zapping the guards as he ran up the stairs. Than he got shot with a sniper bullet in the arm and he fired back at them with his SMGs. He did that because he wanted to stop them from killing him and so they would still be alive and able to cure.
The Chief ran up the next floor saving as many marines as possible then he ran up to the top and unlocked the fighters then he started to descend the floors when a group of elites entered the room. The Spartan hopped in a shade and fired plasma bolts into the elites dumb skulls. When at that moment a group of grunts and jackals appeared behind the MC.
Then a few marines at the bottom floor rallied against the elites while the Chief pummeled the attack force. Than the Chief commandeered the Seraph fighter and the ten conscious marines hopped on after a quick stop at the weapon storage room. The marines hopped on as the Chief took off as he headed for the structure housing the evil marines. Then he landed on a landing pad on the outpost and gave the coordinates and then he saw something that gave the Chief a shiver through his spine...

Chapter 4 (Final)
The Chief saw a shimmering army of invisible mutant humans and invisible elites with heavy weapons pointed at the Seraph Fighter. The Spartan then pointed his tazer at the engine of the fighter and its explosion and sent a large electrical current. That momentarily bought down the MC's shields and started to cure the marines. Then the Chief and the marines with him ran out while opening fire on the camouflaged elites while the elites tried to kill as many knocked out marines as possible.
The marines fired on the remaining elites as they were angered by seeing their fellow soldiers die in front of their eyes. So they finished them off as the elite's slimy bodies bled and oozed as they crumpled up on the floor, dead. Than Chief told the marines what they had to do: destroy the three orbital cannons so they could save the marines and defeat the Covenant on this planet. Then the MC and the remaining thirty two soldiers were put into three groups with the Chief: Chief's Squad: 8, Alpha Squad: 12, and Bravo Squad: 12.
Then they ran inside the building they landed on in hopes of finding transports so they could split up. Once they ran inside they found out that it was a large hangar with gold elites making more in construction room a few hundred feet away. The Chief ran upstairs to the top of the hangar and slaughtered a few grunts and elites who were on duty. Then the marines went downstairs to clear the elites, "Johnson go right, Franks go left the rest of you spread out!!!"
The Chief got to the top and saw three Mutant marines, and then he fired his tazer at them while it quickly faded out. The Covenant-Marines fired back at him with fuel rod guns as one hit the Chief in the torso. The marines heard the blast and saw the Chief get hit and the mutants put their guns straight at the Chief's head. While a marine named Jackson ran up the stairs and shot a gunman in the head as the other two shot Jackson through the chest.
Than an alarm went off and about 50 mutant marines ran in firing on the marines as they reluctantly fired back killing some of them. The Spartan regained conciseness and fired at the marines with three shotgun rounds and grabbed a fuel rod gun. The marines took cover as their opponents were quickly taking them out. The MC hit a control panel opening the aircraft exit and sealed any other exits.
Than the Spartan grabbed a shade and started firing. The marines fired back as they saw the Chief's plasma blasts fire through the marines who quickly were mowed down by the fire. The Chief saw that they had finally won, but the enemy was melting the wall and there were only 18 marines left. They had a new plan the Chief was going solo and the split up the marines evenly and took separate dropships and were on there way to the cannons.
Alpha squadron landed about 50 meters away from the cannon as the snuck into the side entrance. Delta squadron landed on the roof of the cannon but noticed they couldn't blow it up from the outside. The Chief landed on the ground and ran inside to see it completely empty. The Spartan ran up the never-ending stairs and went to the control center. Alpha Team ran up the stairs as they too noticed there were no guards. Delta Team ran inside and noticed there was no guards, but once they entered the installation the back door had a plasma bars block their only exit.
Alpha squad kicked the door open and ran inside the control room and set the installation to self destruct in five minutes. The Chief busted the door into the control room to find it sabotaged already. So he slid into a ventilation shaft and searched for a power generator. Delta Squad drew out their guns and spread out to only see the stairs explode. Then Delta Team saw the center of the floor drop while the rest of the floor started to fall into the blackness as well...
Alpha team got to the bottom floor when ten plasma sword elites appeared around the marines as they started firing at the elites. The Spartan crawled through the vent until he found the generator and some mutant marines defending it. Alpha Squadron fired at the elites as they leap forward killing three marines while some marines threw grenades at the beasts. Delta Squadron was falling straight down while they wondered if they would die...
The MC threw a grenade at the generator which exploded and surprisingly shrapnel killed the mutants while the Chief sprinted away. Alpha Squadron shot violently at the elites as they finally killed them all. Delta Team was falling for about three minutes until they landed in an extremely deep pool. Delta Team was then drained into an underground prison chamber loaded with thousands of marines who haven't been mutated, yet.
Alpha Squadron jumped out of the building luckily with one minute left and they took off on their dropship. The Spartan slipped out of the vent to see flames chase him as he started a full on sprint to the exit. Alpha Team started trying to communicate with the Chief but they only heard load noises. Than suddenly the dropship exploded with a load bang as the dropship exploded and all the marines were ripped apart.
Delta Team sent an emergency message to the Chief: "Chief we're trapped underground at coordinates: (plasma shot) ahhh..." As the Chief hopped in his dropship and took off he heard the message... The Spartan took off toward the last cannon as he searched for Alpha Team as he heard their last message and found none of their beacons were working. The MC hurried to the cannon and landed on the roof to finish it off first.
The Chief blew a hole in the wall and planted his last bomb into the reactor of the cannon and flew away as quick as he could. Than the huge cannon shattered and the Chief saw a huge hole it the ground. What is going on, what will they do to us, and will they make us freaks again, these ideas were on Alpha team's minds as they were locked in a small plasma sealed room. Than the Chief called to Reach and told them to drop the bomb ASAP.
The Spartan moved in he started to maneuver the dropship down the huge hole. After about ten minutes of dangerous driving downward he saw prison cells and elites storming the area. Than the Chief got a message from the cruiser, "Were in position to drop the bomb Chief just give us three minutes, ok?" The Chief told them yes, landed on a landing pad, and reloaded his weapons. The MC opened the door and snuck inside the dark room so he could get to the command console. The huge human Carrier floated above the unknown planet and prepared to fire counting down in 2 minutes...
The Spartan moved out as he snuck past a few elites hitting them in the back of the head. 1 minute 30 seconds, the Chief snuck into the main room and shot down a few guards while he searched for the unlock buttons. He found a huge storage room full of the orbs in a camera, so the Chief got control of a plasma turret in the room which destroyed those orbs. 1 minute, Than the Spartan heard an alarm go off as the elites were killing the captured marines.
The MC hit a switch that freed the marines as they fought the elites as the Chief rushed out firing. 10 seconds, the Chief saw three huge doors open up with mutant marines as they started massacring the marines. Firing, now the electromagnetic bomb fell from the sky and started sending a power blast thought the planet. The Chief ran out firing taking most of the blasts than five more doors opened as the Spartan was surrounded by mutant marines. Than the power blast hit them and everyone including the Chief went flying into the walls as the mutant marines fell down unconscious.
The MC fired rapidly at the incoming enemies as he tried to protect the unconscious marines. Than the marines started waking up as they drew guns and helped the Spartan finish off the elites. Than the Chief found a huge cargo elevator and told the marines to hop on as he set the underground base to self-destruct. The Chief told the cruiser to send about 50 pelicans for pickup as they grouped together to signal to the pelicans. The pelicans landed and picked up the MC and the marines as they docked with the cruiser they were told they got an emergency broadcast and had to go right away. So the Chief found a bunk and decided to rest for a little while the ship went to hyperspeed toward another planet as the Chief slowly fell asleep...
