Winter Contingency LASO - 'easy' style
RC Master also released a new Mythic run (with commentary) of Winter Contingency - this is not a speed run, it's set up to show you the 'easiest' way to complete the level without dying. If you're in the habit of collecting tricks for beating campaign levels with lots of skulls on, this is worth watching!

The Anatomy of Halo: The Library
Halo Waypoint's 'The Anatomy of Halo' series has a new release - this one focuses on the Library. This piece makes me alternate between fascination with the structure, and sadness that in all the fighting I did in there, I never ONCE tried to access any of those peripheral databases, to learn of our galaxy's history. HALO: The Fallen (Prologue)
Mr.Sci-Fi stopped by last night to let us know about a premiere of a new live-action fan film, Halo: The Fallen. Their Facebook page is here, and the released short - HALO: The Fallen (Prologue) - is pretty amazing. Made on a tiny budget, it takes some inspiration from the really successful reminiscence ads for Halo 3, and combines live-action footage with some really well-integrated CG to make a truly impressive short.
