UCLA Professor Says She Inspired Jason Jones to Create Halo
In an interesting bit of news, a woman from Jason Jones' (creator of Bungie and Halo) past has come out saying she was the inspiration for some of the characters in Halo and a muse for Jason Jones during their time in college. Jason Jones admits to having had a friendship with this woman, but denies the muse bit. Still, an interesting read for those that like to hear stories around Halo's beginning. (Thanks Schooly D!) Font from Halo Custom Edition Remade for Download
Sparky let us know that he took the font that Guerilla uses in the Halo Editing Kit (used to edit and create maps for the Halo Custom Edition game) and remade it for download and use elsewhere. New 'Firefight' Mode Coming to Halo Wars 2 and Features the Flood as Enemies Again
The only appearance of Halo in MS' E3 press conference yesterday was a pretty picture of the Chief and a small logo stating Halo Wars 2 will be enhanced for the new 4k machine, Xbox One X, but today we got the news that a new 'Firefight Mode' is coming to Halo Wars 2 and will feature the Flood as enemies for the first time in a Halo game since Halo 3! Survival, Horror Game Set in Halo Universe a Big, Fat Phony for E3
While the prospect of a survival, horror game in the Halo universe with the Flood sounds like Christmas, Frankie has come out and said we will not be getting 'Halo: Gravemind' now or anytime at all.
